On-siteInstalled and tuned at your practice by Zeteo engineers

Your practice has its own way of working.

Your AI should reflect it. Zeteo Edge brings the tools live clinical teams use today, developed with physicians at leading academic medical centers, onto a server inside your practice, tuned to your workflows, your documents, and each clinician.

Ambient scribe

Visit notes drafted in each clinician's own template, structure, and phrasing, ready to review before they enter the chart.

Patient messaging

Replies to patient messages drafted from the chart in the clinician's voice, cited to the record, and reviewed before sending.

Works with your EHR

FHIR and API connections to the EHRs practices already use, confirmed for your environment during pilot planning.

Pre-charting and chart summaries

A patient snapshot before each visit: history, medications, recent labs, and a pre-visit medication reconciliation, backed by evidence.

Care plans and recommendations

Care plan drafts and evidence-aligned recommendations matched to your practice's protocols and approved references, backed by evidence.

Processed inside your practice

Every draft is generated on the server in your practice. Patient information stays on your network.

Installed on-site by Zeteo clinical engineers

About two days at your practice to install, activate, and tune the system. Your IT lead handles network access and EHR authorizations.

Built for you

Built around your practice. Refined for each clinician.

  1. For the practice Configure the system around approved templates, internal resources, and agreed workflows, using practice information within your network.
  2. For each clinician A first pass built from their own past notes and messages: structure, phrasing, level of detail, and how they answer patients. It applies to notes, replies, summaries, and care plans, and every draft stays theirs to review and approve.
  3. For the people implementing it Zeteo engineers travel to your practice for about two days to install, activate, and tune the system. Your IT lead handles network access and EHR authorizations, and we handle the rest.

One small on-site server, implemented and supported by Zeteo. Zeteo Edge brings local AI into the practice on a compact server running Zeteo's clinical AI system: models tuned for clinical work, agents built for each workflow, and a curated clinical knowledge base. Our engineers configure the system, introduce the agreed workflow, and keep refining it from your practice's own data and feedback.

Usage

Use it for every visit.
The price stays the same.

A practice doing this work in the cloud pays for each piece separately: a scribe seat for every clinician, a messaging add-on, an evidence subscription, a prior authorization tool, and metered AI on top of all of it. Zeteo Edge runs every one of those workflows on the server in your practice, for one price that does not move with volume.

  1. One subscription, not five. Scribe, patient messaging, chart summaries, evidence, and prior authorization are all in the plan. Nothing to add on, and no second vendor to contract or sign a BAA with.
  2. No meter on anything. There is no per-token, per-message, or per-case charge. Draft for every visit and reply to every message, and the bill is the same.
  3. Sized by clinicians, not volume. Plans are set by the number of clinicians in your practice. Usage has no effect on your monthly cost.
  4. Processed on your server. Inference runs on hardware inside your practice, so there is no usage to bill and no PHI sent to a vendor's cloud.

Cloud figures are illustrative, based on typical list pricing for equivalent tools at a three-clinician practice. Applies to every workflow included in your plan.

Early-access pilot

Get started with a focused,
hands-on pilot.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your practice

Share your specialty, practice size, and the workflow you want to improve. We then agree on a practical starting point together.

  2. Step 2

    Zeteo engineers install it on-site

Our engineers spend about two days at your practice installing the server, connecting your EHR, and building each clinician's first-pass preferences from their own historical notes and messages.

  3. Step 3

Tuned to your practice, then kept tuned

The system keeps learning from your practice's own charts, templates, and feedback, so every draft gets closer to how each clinician actually works.

Help shape AI for practices like yours. We're inviting independent practices and small groups to explore an early-access pilot of Zeteo Edge, built on tools live clinical teams use today. Bring a workflow you want to improve and the preferences that make your practice different.

No. Inference runs on the server in your practice, and patient information stays on your network. Software updates and support do not carry patient data.

No. Zeteo Edge is an all-in-one solution. Zeteo engineers install, activate, and tune the system at your practice. We work with your IT contact on network access and EHR authorizations. Support, updates, and maintenance are included in your subscription.

About two days on-site. Zeteo engineers install and activate the server, connect your EHR, and tune the first workflows. Your IT lead's part is mostly network access and EHR authorizations. Tuning continues after we leave, from your practice's own data and feedback.

We build a first pass from each clinician's own historical notes and messages: template, structure, phrasing, level of detail, and how they answer patients. That applies across notes, replies, summaries, and care plans, within the practice's approved workflow. Zeteo Edge keeps learning from feedback over time, and clinicians can see what the system knows about them and change it.

We connect through FHIR and API integrations to the EHRs practices already use, and we assess yours during pilot planning. Data access and any write-back capability are confirmed for your environment before implementation.

Zeteo Edge is one monthly subscription based on the number of clinicians in your practice. Plans start at $2,500 per month for up to three clinicians on a 24-month agreement, with discounts for paying annually or upfront. The subscription includes every tool, the server, on-site installation and tuning, updates, and support. There's no separate hardware purchase or implementation fee. We'll confirm the right plan during your fit review.

Anyone who documents and signs patient encounters: physicians and advanced practice providers such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Medical assistants, nurses, front-office, and billing staff are included at no additional charge.

No. Zeteo owns, installs, and maintains the server as part of your subscription, and collects it if your agreement ends.

Zeteo Edge currently runs on an Apple Mac Studio, configured and managed by Zeteo. It sits on your practice network, and we handle setup and maintenance.

Your plan moves to the next tier at your next billing cycle, and we add the hardware your practice needs.

Not by default. Your system learns from your own charts, templates, messages, and feedback, and that learning stays on your server. Practices that want to contribute to shared model improvement can opt into federated learning, described below. Nothing is shared without a separate agreement.

No. Federated learning is an optional direction for practices interested in contributing to shared model improvement. It can involve sending model updates outside the practice even when the underlying records stay local. Any participation would require separate agreement on what is shared and how it is protected.

No. Zeteo Edge drafts notes, replies, summaries, care plans, and prior authorization requests, and surfaces evidence-aligned recommendations with their sources. Clinicians review every draft and remain responsible for decisions and final documentation.

Zeteo Edge is developed alongside clinical teams, and new workflows arrive as software updates included in your subscription. Areas we're working toward include surfacing appropriate clinical trials for patients, deeper EHR write-back, and more of the documentation and coordination work that fills a clinic day.

Zeteo reviews your practice details and contacts you to discuss fit, available workflows, and next steps. Applying does not commit your practice to a purchase or guarantee a pilot placement.
